I’m so excited! Tonight, my friend, Monica, and I are taking a knife skills class at The Brooklyn Kitchen. While I can get by with my chef’s knife, I’ve always wanted to learn the proper way to slice and dice fruits and vegetables and when I read about this class in the latest “Best of New York” issue of New York magazine, I promptly signed up. I’ll post pics and a roundup of my—hopefully—newly acquired chopping skills later tonight.
